Best vegan cookbook for creative, imaginative, and fun recipes
I am so glad this cookbook exists! It is by far the best, most imaginative, most delicious collection of vegan recipes I have ever come across. So far in the short time I have had it, I have made the tofu phish hushpuppie sandwiches, the donuts, and the stuffed baked potato soup with homemade pretzel bowls. Everything has been a huge hit. (The pretzel bowls were so amazing!) There are so many other recipes I can't wait to try - there's even one for fried "chicken"! There are also a lot of great staple recipes, for things like blue cheese dressing and parmesan cheese. Something I always look for with cookbooks is lots of pictures. Some of the reviews said there could be more pictures. I decided to buy it anyway, because the recipes looked that good. I was pleasantly surprised that there were a decent number of pictures. In a perfect world, every recipe would have a picture, but this one had pictures for quite a lot of them. The recipes themselves are also really well laid out and easy to read. This has quickly become my all time favorite cookbook.

One of our favorite cookbooks
I always figure a cookbook is worth keeping if you can get even a few good recipes out of it. This one has some GREAT recipes. The vanilla ice cream is freaking amazing, the cauliflower tacos are to die for. And the fudgy AF brownies are the best I've ever eaten. So far, the only non-keeper was the fish. I had a problem with using the tofu without being marinated in SOMETHING. The recipe didn't even call for squeezing the water out of the tofu. And I think the seaweed would have been better put inside the tofu, rather than wrapped around it as that made it hard to deep fry. But, anyhow, there are more recipes that are great, so this book is definitely a keeper and we'll be buying more from this chef.

OMG OMG OMG! THE BEST FOOD!
I can’t say enough good things about this book! Let’s start by saying that I’ve never been inspired by a cookbook. I’ve been mostly just “winging it”. Now that my partner is eating vegan food with me I figured I better step my game up if I want him to stay on the green side with me :) so I ordered this cookbook and honestly I expected to make like one thing out of it and then loose it on a bookshelf. 😂Not so! I received the book 10 days ago and I’ve already made about 26 of the recipes, (including sauces and desserts) and loved them all! I’m totally addicted to this book. What makes this book superior to all other cookbooks I have seen is how it is formatted to use up the leftovers in and creative ways. One thing I hate is making a yummmy sauce and then about a month later I find it in the back of the fridge growing mold!I started by making the Mac and cheese with quinoa bacon bits. The following day, I made Philly cheesesteaks, with the leftover “cheese” sauce and I made seitan (also from the book) . How else to use this cheese sauce? Next I made chili to use in the “chili cheese crispy drive through potato wedges with quinoa bacon bits”, extra seitan? ~ time for lasagne!Anyway it just goes on and on like this. Using up the sauces and making another crazy delicious plant based meal to Wow yourself and your guests! There have been a couple recipes that partway through I’ve thought, “mabye this one isn’t going to be very good”- and then boom, to my suprise ~party in your mouth! If you make a sauce and don’t think it’s amazing right away- be patient- once it makes its way into the dish it will be perfect!

Delicious & unique comfort food.
These recipes are unctuous, guilty pleasures. They’re vegan but not healthy, and unlike many other reviews... I DON’T CARE. They’re so good and fun to make. I knew this when I bought it (as should anyone that looks at the table of contents)If you want delicious and unique once in a while meals, this book is for you.

Epically approachable and delicious!
Just received my copy of Epic Vegan and I immediately had to make the lobster roll recipe. It's an easy one-bowl meal that tastes fantastic and looks impressive. I love how the cookbook puts together the simpler recipes and before you know it, you've made something that looks way harder to make that it was. I'm looking forward to making the lobster mac and cheese and the lobster roll 'n a biscuit sliders since I know the lobster parts of those recipes will be easy and delicious. I like having one cookbook that has a nice range of easy to make to more involved recipes. This looks like it'll fit the bill perfectly. The pictures of the recipes are mouthwatering and a nice touch so you can see how EPIC the meal can be. I'm looking forward to cooking my way through the entire Epic Vegan Cookbook. Highly recommend!

Highly anticipated and worth the hype!
This book lives up to its name. For those vegans who feel like being creative in the kitchen, this is sure to get your pumped up and ready to cook. Many of these are a little more time consuming, but that's to be expected based on the title. I love the over-the-top recipes, but I only wish there were a few more pictures. The recipes are inspired, and you aren't going to find the same recipes you see in every other vegan cookbook (looking at you, pulled jackfruit sandwiches...). If you are looking for outrageous recipes to get you inspired, this is the book for you.

Not enough photos, but recipes sound amazing
I’m not a fan of recipe books that don’t have a lot of pictures. A page of text doesn’t entice me to make your recipe - a photo does! There are some pictures, but a lot of them just seem to be photos of the author. I don’t need to see photos of the author; give me pics of your food!

Easy, quick, creative recipes! ❤️🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
This is my favorite recipe book! The dishes are so easy and fun to create. I’ve made at least 25 of the recipes so far and I am impressed and grateful!! LOVEThis makes a great gift to friends and family as well. The recipes are easy to do and so many of the ingredients most already have in their kitchen.
