The first one came in damaged but the seller made returning and replacement easy. The second one was perfect. It was easy to install. The fact that the back removes from the mirror, you mount the back to the wall and attach the mirror to the back, makes installing it a breeze. I put it above my wife's vanity desk and she loves it!.
