This item has arrived broken.... i either want another or a refund please

We bought this gun for our 5 year old. He loved it, so did his big brother- lots of fun.However the bit you pull back broke after two days. We took it back to the toy store and they replaced it for a new one. Then it broke in exactly the same ways as the first one did after two days.DO NOT BUY.I want to complain to the manufacturer.
