I am impressed with this blend. If you struggle with a little to a lot of anxiety, including having panic attacks, use this product to ease the stress and health impacts. I struggle with anxiety and panic attacks. It is refreshing to find natural products that work and allow you to escape the mode of trying to add any extra prescribed medications. This is a must try. Working out well on me.

This was recommended by a friend and I have been using this stress relief oil as part of my sleeping ritual. A few drops in a hot bath go a long way. I have used a couple of drops in a inhaler when bath is not an option. And a little rub with this on wrists have a calming effect. I am a big fan of Natural Riches Breathe Synergy and Five Guards Blends. So it was natural to try this newly introduced Stress Relief blend by them. The fragrance is invigorating (Citrus) and relaxing (Ylang Ylang) at the same time. Looking forward to more quality blends from this company.

Natural Riches Stress Relief essential oil has reduced my daily stresses, tremendously! I highly recommend this essential oil if you are looking to relax from a long day. It also helps with my sleep!

I love the scent. Not too strong, not gross. Perfect. And it helps!Warning though, there are a lot of natural things in here that are toxic for dogs and cats not just ingested. Keep this in mine, any stress oil you by will most likely be toxic to them.

This oil did not meet my expectations because the scent was conflicting. It has tangy citrus scents (which are usually uplifting) and a strong baby powder scent (meant for calming). They may have worked to balance each other if the baby powder scent was not so overpowering. I am using it in my children's room in their diffuser and have opted to use it during quiet play time instead of for them at bed. I do appreciate that there is a significant amount of oil in the bottle, so it will last a while... but it wasn't cheap.

Bought this oil to use in my diffuser. I mostly use this diffuser at night to calm down and prepare for sleep. This oil has a lovely scent - very citrus orange, some ylang-ylang. Strong scent, but lovely. I am not a fan of lavender, so this works well as a stress relief scent. No lavender!

I searched high and low to find a stress relief scent that had good reviews about scent- so I chose this; but was very disappointed... I do not like the scent. It is not relaxing...not totally disgusting but not something I would want to smell.PS Vitality Extracts ‘stress ease’ is the best selling scent but way too expensive..
