I have this product less than a day. I've had the ones that took batteries but went through them too fast so I was intrigued when I could get a plugin version.!I placed plugged this in near the front door and just let it lie on the floor. When a family member arrived home and the mailman came by, the dogs barked 3-5 barks and then stopped.I'm purchasing another to place outside in an electrical outlet under a tree to see how it does there.I hope it retrains my dogs (Dachshund & Toy Fox Terrier)as I can't be here all the time or handles the weather well.MPM

I was very anxiously awaiting the arrival of this product. When it arrived I unpacked it and got it ready to give it a try. As soon as I plugged it in, my dog looked at me and then came over and smelled it, I noticed the red light was on. Then through playing around with it, we realized that it was going off with our regular talking voices. I tried adjusting the sensitivity but it seemed to make no difference. The dog wasn't even reacting anymore when it went off. Not the affect I thought it was going to have. So I am returning this for a refund.

I liked the fact, that no batteries were required, and that it plugs in the wall. I didn't really like the sensitivity control, which required a small screwdriver to adjust. I ave a Springer Lab, that was barking a lot, and since using this device, she has quit. I would recommend this device.

It doesnt pick sound at times but when i get home my dog gets super excited and starts making loud annoying sounds so i take my dog very near the device and it turns on and he immediately stops. Its good price though and i like that u dont need battery u just have to plig on the wall. I would recommend buying this device over others

I threw it in the trash! It’s a joke! I hope Amazon stopped allowing everyone from everywhere in the planet sell on Amazon!

Sometimes this works and at other times it doesn’t prevent the barking. I think it depends on where my dog is in relation to the device.

We received a faulty one. Once plugged in, the sonar would turn on to people’s voices and noises. My dog didn’t bark and the sonar would go on. Also, it has a standard plug not a wall plug. When plugged in it would have to sit on the floor or table or you would have to screw it into the wall. I was disappointed the sonar didn’t work as expected.

Do not waste your money on it! I am a pet sitter and tried the product for two weeks with several of my bark-a-lot customers . This product did not make a difference to none of them. Waste of money. Giving a one start because the website does not allow to give it a zero.
