Surprisingly well built for the price
Well built and surprisingly affordable chassis. I've used it to build music studio computer. One thing is a bit odd, that power-supply (which is NOT included) mounted in front of the case (there's an internal cord to accommodate that location).

Good case Bad power LED
Nice case perfect for my needs. Green power LED was broken (tests as open circuit with DVM). Support was horrible. Explained everything I did to test LED and there advise was to turn it off and back on. So other then non fictional power LED very happy.

Poor fan quality
Great case and quality manufactured chassis. Fits full atx motherboard. A little snug with power supply slot and will require cable management skills. Be ready to replace fans that came with case. Don't know if this was manufacturer's defect or crappy package handling.

Roomy rack-mounted case.
A tech in our department came up with the idea to rack mount our computers. It increased desktop space, keeps the computer out of danger from spills, and even comes with a key to secure. While the coating on these cases won't stand up to much, it's a computer case so it shouldn't have to. I used both a 4U and this 2U. The 2U is plenty big as can be seen from the picture I uploaded.

Basic Newbie Server Case
This case is alright. It can fit an ATX size motherboard, but I think it's expensive for what you get. I bought this for a homebrew server, but it only has 3 drive bays on the right side. That's it. I had to buy a set of the 2.5" hdd hot swaps that fit in a single 5.25" bay (this case only has 2 external 5.25") so I can get raid 10.The power supply mounts in the front of the case (not hot swap) and the power plug has a pigtail that's mounted in the back so it looks like a normal case. Where the power supply normally goes is where you mount your internal HDD's. But for a server, why would you want to mount the hard drives inside, especially on a rack mount case where you're going to have this blocked off top and bottom with switches, routers, servers, etc. changing them out is going to be a pain in the ...It is a solid case, I'll give them that. Air flow is alright, but compared to a real server case it is on the low side. I think this case is too big for what you can fit inside of it. It doesn't come with an option to mount a row of fans behind the bay drives.Even for a home brew server I should have used a refurb super micro case or dell. I would have returned this thing if it had not been sitting in my office for over a month. Now every time I look at it I'm disappointed.

PSU fit is not too small, it's too confusing. Quality is great for this sub-$100 case.
This is my third iStar rack mount case and I am getting to like them more. However, I read all the warnings about using a smaller PSU but never saw any recommendations or photos. I have several smaller units, but I have not solved the issue with the input and output cables located on different panels. Either the DC cables or the AC supply cable must emerge on top of the MB or (rotated) one of them needs to route over the top (if your PSU is short enough.) I went with the kludgy-looking cables fanning out and a nearly inaccessible internal power cord and PSU switch.Otherwise, the price is great and there is extra space for another 3.5" HD where the PSU "should be".

Great case with minor hassles
Product is easy to work with and fits components easily is of solid design. We have used at least 100 of these cases.cons: internal hard drive holder connects to case with 3 screws on bottom-must remove entire case from rack to remove drives.power supply cord doesn't always fit snugly in PS-power supply is mounted internally there is no way to flip switch without opening case
