EL equipo presenta falla en el TURNER 1. Cuando se realiza la búsqueda ciega en el TURNER 1, el equipo se queda PARALIZADO. Solo llega a escanear el 27% de los TP del satélite seleccionado.Los valores de potencia y calidad son superiores al 80%. Al quedarse PARALIZADO el equipo, no responde al mando control remoto; lo cual hace imposible la configuración total del equipo.Cabe mencionar que he realizado configuraciones de otros equipos de la misma marca y no he presentado ningún tipo de inconveniente.ES LO PEOR QUE ME HA PASADO.NO TENGO FORMAS DE RECLAMAR, PUES MI CARRIER TARDO DEMASIADO EN ENTREGARMELO

the Azbox Newgen+ works as a charm for me. Bought it to install in Panama City, Panbama.Cool thing about this box is the ability to connect 2 LNB's and align to Amazonas and HispaSAT. No blocking from Amazonas if you dual connect this since it will download the "unlock codes" and do all the job automatically.It's also super-small compared to its predecessors.

The support guide is no soo clear in order to load the new software I don't know why is no shown a web page to can receive support, SW and other tools

It`s a good product: nice menus, quick response, easy installation, HDMI connection.But Azbox hasn't updated its firmware from a while a there's little expectation to do so. Bottom line, don't buy.

I got this item shipped on time. The device works just fine using the IKS service. I’m really happy with this purchase and I can highly recommend it as long as this is going to be used with an IKS service.
