Not user friendly. Poor design.
I would not recommend this product to anybody. It is not designed to be used in the U.S. I bought these because they were really cheap. However, the design is not very well thought out. The charging port is the same put that the microphone and speakers attach to. The connection worked loose on both mine and my wife's headset and within two months we could not use them because the physical connection was horrible. It also is a difficult process to pair the headsets to each other. The Bluetooth on one of the phones had to be shut off (like, you can't use your phone's Bluetooth at all of you want to use the intercom). The devices seem to be well built apart from the previously mentioned issue with the connection but not user friendly. I ride almost every day and needed something that was reliable. I bought a Sena 10S and would recommend that 100 times more than this headset. My wife and I like to ride on the weekends and I hate not being able to easily switch between my music and intercom. It's literally a process we're you have to shut the headsets down and restart them at the same time. Very inconvenient!

Worth the money
Battery life is great, had it for over 2 months and havent charged yet. I used this system before I got an exhaust and it was great. I will have to say if you have a loud racing exhaust, you can hardly hear callers once you past 60 mph. Callers can still hear u. The microphone is great and no one complains about hearing me. Overall this is a great system. Music can still be heard at high speeds, and the sound quality is pretty good to be a cheap syste. Worth the money

The user manual is hard to read. Sound quality is poor.
I personally have tried many bike headphones. This is one of the poorest product I've ever tried. The first thing I noticed is that I have a hard time to pair this device. I had to use the manual for instruction. The user manual is extremely hard to read. I don't know exactly why, but I basically need to decipher the context. The sound quality is not very well too.

Good, but the wires are small and cheap.
This works good and the sound is OK. It does not have noise canceling. However, it lasted less than 2 months and it has damaged wire. The speakers cut out all the time. Quick bump of the connector and it comes back on. Needs to be replaced.Update: Amazon replacing under warranty.Update 2: The second one made it a little longer at 6 months, but is doing the same thing. One side keeps cutting out. Dropping rating to a 3 and will get something else.

Just save your money for the real thing
Works for helmet surround sound if you have a quiet bike. I can’t even hear music over a factory restricted 250 dirt bike. Three of us couldn’t figure out how to link these to talkwith the intercom function. We’d have to make a phone call and open up a three way call through our phones. the sound quality is pretty poor, the batter seems decent. You get what you pay for with these. I have other friends that swear by them maybe we got a bad batch. Sheerness isn’t even a word I’d describe this with. It’s a fairly compact design and easy to wire up but then the speakers also feel like two large knots inside your helmet against your head.

You pay for what you get
Used for about a week, the music sound was terrible. Did not cancel out any noises at all. Did connect to my Android well and functioned great. Voice quality on phone calls was excellent. People could hear me well but could still hear the bike. Spend a little more for a Sena or Cardo.

very good headset
I like this headset, and I think it’s a very good productfor some crazy motorcyclist fan, just like me. I got different styles headset theweek before thanksgiving, and I use those headsets for my Thanksgiving trip. Actually,it is very easy for me to set it up and it’s also very stable. The sounds aregood and clear, it would not be a problem if u want to use it to call yourfriends, because u don’t need to use your hand while those headsets get paired.Overall, I recommend u guys to get this cheap but good product.

Good quality.
Quality of the product is there. No problems with rain or mounting or battery life. Probably better suited for metric riders with mild exhaust. As a Harley guy with drag pipes, I would like them to be louder. Overall a good product.
