Unbeatable price for everything you get!!!
I am what I would call myself a casual exerciser; I love to exercise, but am not hard core about it. I am quite busy so I wanted to get something that would be easy to use, but work my entire body and these SHAPEU Resistance Bands definitely fit the bill! I knew they would come with a guide and a downloadable eBook, but I wasn’t prepared for how detailed both were on giving me direction on how to use the bands for various exercises. But, the part I love most is that I get to use the free workouts to follow along with to make it even easier to challenge my muscles. You have to get these bands!

Quality is in question
Have been using this product for basic exercises to stay somewhat in shape during the Covid Shelter in place. The concept is great but unfortunately 2 weeks into using this product my yellow resistance band snapped in half. I would say the quality is not what it should be. Is there anyway I can get the band replaced? Would like to give it another try.

What a great product. Everything you need is in one box and everything can be taken on the road for a workout anywhere at any time. The instructions are also terrific. It's a great product!

Love this set. I use at home and at my exercise class. Like the different levels of resistance. Good for beginners and easily to move up to next level.

So many uses
Getting healthy is my goal for this year. I wanted some equipment that I could have at home for the days when I was limited on time. I bought this set along with the Loop bands and I love the bands as well as the workouts included. the Quality is great, I was concerned because the price was so low...but they did not disappoint.
