Spigen Rugged Armor Pro Case with Strap for Apple Watch 45/44mm

At first I was little put off by the material of the strap, but after a short time I grew to love it. It's comfortable and durable and has retained its matte appearance. It fits the Apple Watch snuggly, and the lip protects the screen from knocks. There's plenty of adjustment in the strap, so no matter your wrist size you should be fine. Apple Watch straps range massively in price, but I think this was on point for what you get.

I purchased this strap in July 2022 having used Spigen cases on various mobile phones and was always impressed with their protection but also their slim line profiles. The watch strap and case was no different. Great protection, slim line, not bulky, and in a nice green colour. I have used other straps in the past and while their appearance and protection were excellent, I found them a little bulky under a long sleeved shirt at work. The Spigen was a great solution to this. Rugged appearance but a slimmer profile than competitors I have used - just a personal preference. It was easy to fit the watch ‘pebble’ to the case. There is enough flex in the case to do this with ease. My watch was never damaged while using this case. I applied a screen protector separately and this fit well in the case with no issue. Other than that, in daily use, for outdoor and indoor sports and general wear, it has lasted 26 months which, for the money, I think is exceptional. The strap has not discoloured or picked up any odours from exercise which other have (colour bleaching, picking up dye from clothes). It’s easy to clean and I would be happy to recommend this to an Apple Watch user as a great option for general every day wear, for outdoor pursuits, or just to change things up from standard strap if that’s your thing. I bought this strap after my own research and this is an independent review.

FEELS COMFORTABLE ENOUGH SO FAR AND FITTED WITH A SEPARATELY SUPPLIED SCREEN PROTECTOR I FEEL PRETTY CONFIDENT THAT MY NEW WATCH IS SAFE FROM KNOCKS AND SCRAPES . I'M HAPPY WITH IT, I LIKE ITS SIMPLE, PRACTICAL APPEARANCE AND ONLY AWARDED 4 OUT OF 5 PURELY BECAUSE TIME WILL TELL HOW WELL IT PERFORMS. Update Aug 20: after 10 months of wearing all day everyday for work and training, I am gutted to report that the clasp has fallen apart. I totally trusted this excellent case/strap and hope that Spigen address this fault. They have agreed to refund me without any delay or fuss so I cannot fault the customer service. Luckily I was taking the watch off at home when it failed and not on a roof. Such a shame

Really good strap, fitted to watch in seconds. Looks great, does not have scratch cover but is raised around edges so should be scratch resistant.

Great strap! Only used it for two days so will update my review if anything happens. The fit is perfect for my series 5, the watch pops right in and all the holes line up perfectly. The strap feels sturdy and secure, there were other reviews with concerns about the buckle but mine looks absolutely solid and doesn’t give me any worries after giving it a bit of a twist around to test it. The main thing that struck me was how well the strap matches up with the quality of the watch itself. I’m a bit of a stickler for that kind of thing and any crappy looking plastic would put me right off but this strap really does fit and actually make the watch on par with how a GShock or similar looks. Nice and chunky but not massive. The strap looks nice and has little touches like carbon fibre effects on it and it feels smooth on the wrist with no pinch. Finally, my other concern was the watch getting scratched up by the case itself, well, because the material is hard plastic it doesn’t shift around or move about like something soft would do so I have no concerns there and have been checking it regularly for anything amiss. Finally the packaging is surprisingly nice too, a little cube box that looks quality and has instructions on the side and no “engrish”! 10/10 from me so far, go for it!

The watch strap was very comfortable, and it did an excellent job of protecting my watch from any damage—until the case itself broke. It lasted around five months before the case unexpectedly snapped, causing the watch to fall out. Fortunately, this happened while I was in my car, so there was no damage to the watch, and I didn’t lose it. While I appreciate the comfort and initial durability, I would have expected the case to last much longer than it did. It’s a shame, as it started off strong, but the lack of longevity is a significant drawback. If you're considering this strap, be mindful of the potential for wear and tear over time.

Solid case - Good quality. Comfortable to wear, looks sleek and has a nice snug fit around the watch. It’s easy to clean and does exactly what I bought it for - has saved my watch from many chips, scatches and impacts and is a nice weight, light enough that it doesn’t draw attention to itself while still being soild enough to do its job. Almost 1 year down the road and it’s still in great condition despite being abused daily. Buttons and crown remain easy to access, which is more than can be said for many similar cases…

Brilliant quality, keeps the watch very secure and makes the overall appearance of the Apple Watch more masculine. The other half love it!

Lightweight and rugged. Top class strap and would definitely recommend.
