This is 'A Very Good Multi-Input 5.1 Preamplifier Without Manual Controls, Bluetooth, USB And Radio'. It 5 Stars for the Quality of the Product, but a overall 3.5 - 4 Stars because of the lack of suitable options and information.Positives: The Preamplifier as a kit is a bit pricey but has a very good and robust build quality and delivers as expected. There are a number of input options like Optical, Coaxial, 5.1, Aux, TV and USB Audio(Seperate Kit Required). It has a compact and handy remote which works with 2 AAA cells. It has a digital readout for the input selected and the individual speaker level settings, besides master volume level, with the numbers going from 0 - 84 for Front, Rear, Center, Subwoofer and Master Volume with individual control over each. It delivers a clear, crisp and stable audio output, working very well with the 7 IC's TDA 2030 power amplifier kit, which I have used for the 5.1 output stage.Also Mr. Koventhan Ravi (If I have his name right) of Basoon Technologies was very helpful, when I was faced with a power supply issue with the amplifier I built.Negatives: No manual controls or buttons came with this kit and everything is controlled by the remote; though I believe a rotary control kit is seperately available at additional cost ofcourse. Also there is no Bluetooth, USB or Radio which features in most kits currently available, though a USB Audio input has been provided on the board and you will need an additional 8 pin connector with wires to wire up and use all the input options. Also there were discrepancies in the Connection Diagram provided with the kit.The choices of kits and features provided by Basoon Technologies are quite confusing and it would definitely put off any new Audio Enthusiast and one must have some knowledge and experience with audio to try one of their kits. It would definitely help if there was a better descriptions of modules, the available/possible combinations of kits and also a complete Preamplifier/Amplifier kit were made available by the provider.In closing I must say thanks to Basoon Technologies as it has been a very rewarding experience building my amplifier with their Preamplifier at the input stage, though it has taken me a very very long time to do the same due to circumstances. I purchased the kit on the 05th Of September, 2018 and tested it several times during this period with various power output stages, power supplies and cabinets and it is now finally fully assembled, tested and completely ready and set up for use.BNJ - 09th of November, 2020.

Huge noice and rear not working properly

Optical input is not working. Bass suddenly increases and goes down. Not happy with the product.
