Got it as my cat was scratching dining chairs. It is just double sided tape which i could get cheaper elsewhere, although it is at least easy to remove from the furniture which some cheap ones wouldn't be. Whilst described as such I assumed there may be more to it. My problem is that whilst I do think it will deter my cat (still to be established), as it's sticky tape everything sticks to it, fluff etc and my daughter is currently learning to walk so often grabs the furniture she is passing and sticks to it as well. Good principle but just not right timing for our household. Hoping I can remove in a couple of weeks and the cat will not go back to scratching.

This did work yes, my cat moved to a different area, a few times. I have now just about trained her to use the multiple scratching posts around the house. I would say this is basically wide double sided tape, you might find that a cheaper option.

The tape worked but I had on my new leather sofa for a couple of months and it was difficult to get off plus it left a sticky black Mark's that has proven hard to get off.And I used it on my leather dining chair and it took the leather off that so not happy that I have to replace a dining chair .

Easy to use tape. Expensive for a roll of tape but does stop my cat clawing and stretching using furniture where the tape has been placed.Almost invisible but sticky both sides

I am using this to discourage the cats from jumping up onto the kitchen countertop - as per Jackson Galaxy - one cat was scratching the wallpaper but when I thought about it properly I purchased additional and bigger cat scratch pads and re-located the scratching post, the wallpaper-scratching is now virtually non-existent.

Its described as suitable for leather, but its not. The tape has removed the top layer of the leather, so now will require an expensive repair. Amazon were very unhelpful when I asked what could be done, I've contacted the seller but no response so I'm having to investigate legal options.

This is not a special cat resistant product in fact its any normal double sided tape you can find in a hardware store a rip off product do not buy it. I would give it a minus rating if there had been an option dont even deserve a 1 star.

Did what it says on the tin. However, I could have bought some double-sided tape, would have come of just as easily and cost less
