Brilliant item very easy to use

Excellent product and service

This did not work for me, I think because it is a water soluble product and could never dry out. What happened: I moved house and concrete conservatory floor had no (or a damaged ) damp proof membrane. Carpet getting wet. I repaired a few cracks with SBR loaded mortar. Then I stabilised the floor with SBR slurry. A week later I used the Technoseal and applied two coats. A week later it was clear that water was coming through all 3 layers in 3 places ( I did the experiment to put down a plastic sheet to see if moisture forms under it )I think that despite its dry appearance, moisture was coming through the concrete and so the SBR slurry and the Technoseal layers being water based never had the chance to set as they were being 'fed' by a source of moisture.If I had used a solvent based product, then I don't think this could have occurred.My fix will be to use a solvent based adhesive and glue a EPDM membrane to the floor. This will effectively 'tank' the conservatory. Should have done this in the first place (or use two part epoxy), and it would have cost less!
