Stamperia Double-Sided Paper Pad 12"x12" 10/pkg-Alchemy, 10 Designs/1 Each

So, after reading all comments before buying I decided to purchase 2 of the Alchemy packs. I’m glad I did. With two packets I don’t have the dilemma of having to choose one image over another when liking both. Pros: Good quality thickness. I noted that there are 2 extra pages for use, which is the inside of the cover pages (cover pages on front and back are made in the same thick “cardstock” quality). The images are of high quality and very detailed. Some images are made to be cut out, so they are double sided (the back of the page will have an image that fits perfectly with the front image after being cut out). There is versatility in the type of images, some are full page layouts and others are multiple images that can be cut and used separately. Although images have a certain aesthetic, the colors are grouped together in a way that makes them good for different colored themes (some look colorful, others look monochromatic, others looks black and white, etc). Cons: There is only one page for each design (with the exception of the layout use on the inside of the front and back cover pages) and all pages are double sided (with different images). Like others have said in the comments you have to choose wisely on the image you want to cut because you’ll lose whatever is on the backside of the page (unless you buy 2 packets which is what I did). There are only 22 pages of images (10 double sided sheets and the insides of covers), considering you can’t use all 22 since they’re double sided you’re basically getting 12 images that you can use for the price you’re paying. That’s about $1.00 per sheet. Personally when I compare the price of this product with what my local scrapbooking stores sell it’s basically the same, (but that would vary depending on where you live). Based on the quality and value of this product I would recommend it and buy again. I strongly recommend you get 2 and avoid the struggle of choosing between images.

Paper is beautiful, but it arrived with the protective package sliced open. The booklet, although intact, was bent and crumpled badly. I think it was packaged that way because the entire Amazon outer package appeared unharmed.

So If you scrapbook, hell if you junk journal too- these are quality, sturdy, feels good to the touch pages. You know? These are the kind of pages you feel awe in your fingertips. And it is hard to decide which way to face the pages, because the art work on both sides will work for an array of imaginative photo placement. (I scrapbook more than junk journal, although I am into both). I got to add- I made some book marks, not only with the pages that look like they are designed for, but out of scrap edges here and there. Good review from me. :)

I ordered two books when I bought this. I was so unimpressed with the first one. But then I opened this one and was very happily surprised. Everything in it is absolutely gorgeous. I have had so much fun using everything in this book in my daughter's journal. I cannot wait to give it to her. She is going to love it and the items in this book will be a big part of why she does. I definitely recommend this one.

Alchemy and all things archaic, arcane or esoterically insane tend to keep me entertained and intrigued.. this cardstock kept calling to me so I finally caved and ordered it - against my street judgement of price for quantity and quality of materials... I was going out on a limb with a new brand of crafting materials that I was unfamiliar with. My only an actual gripe about this product is that’s a double sided paper makes you choose between two equally impressive designs unless you have a decent copier and scanner to duplicate the side that you don’t used to work with. Both sides are beautiful-one is usually a pattern, and the other is several bookmark style or card sized cut outs with sort of eerie imagery and the themes of creativity, wisdom, alchemy, desire, etc.The price is higher than I have would’ve preferred, Given that I don’t get to use both sides of the paper. If you’re going to charge $15 for a card stock paper pad, it would be ideal that you could use all the designs and patterns included. All that said, the artwork and designs included are really impressive… And well the craft that I produce with this tend to turn out kind of creepy was a selective audience for sure… I give props to the creator, well done you for producing something for us paper fiends in an off key, raw, and rather regal in its versatility and visionary voyages within my creative imagination product to add to my collection of - honestly, Sometimes two positive and optimistic - craft materials and embellishments especially. Thanks for helping me add something spooky to the mix - there’s gotta be appreciation of the darkness, for contrasting and giving the light something to illuminate 🧚🏿❤️

When I opened the box the pad was in two separate pieces so wasn’t sure if all the pages were there so I was going to return it but look on the back and it showed what was in the pad so I could tell all pages were there. It is gorgeous and I am really happy with them and will definitely order more Stamperia items.

FANTASTIC GRAPHICS! I loved this paper!

I thought these would be thin, less sturdy to use for decoupage. That being said, I will glue them to the project I wanted them for. There are many card stock features they could be used for. The item is full of pictures and the look I wanted, so essentially a win.

C'est mon premier bloc Stamperia. Quel papier magnifique ! Je trouve tellement dommage qu'il soit imprimé sur les deux faces, un papier de cette qualité mériterait le contraire. J'ai hâte de scrapper !

Totally love the artistic designs in this paper pad! I use them for collage work and they stick well with Aleene's glue or Mod Podge. They are a little thicker sheets than normal, which makes them great for collages. You can rip them, or cut them to whatever designs you want and they layer well over other papers. The theme of the papers fits well with collages that feature myths and legends.
