The Pampered Chef Splatter Screen #2407

I’ve been using a silicone type splatter screen for years and haven’t been pleased with the results. I figured I’d take a chance with this Pampered Chef screen. It is excellent. It is stainless steel and is hinged in the middle which means you can take a peak at the progress of the food you’re cooking. It also allows for compact storage when folded up. The design allows it to be used on virtually any pan from 8 to 12 inches. The holes in the lid are small so splatter is minimal. And, it’s dishwasher safe! What else could you ask for? Buy it, you’ll be happy.

What can you say about a stainless steel splatter screen... well made and works a lot better than the screen wire type. The hinges make it easy to stir whatever is cooking and it cleans up easily. Delivered right on time

Solid. We'll built. This thing will last forever. The center hinge that allows you to access half the pan is super useful while cooking. It was worth the somewhat exorbitant price for me. If quality and useful life isn't important to you, then you can buy a cheap one and replace it every year.

Really needed this as I have recently joined Blue Apron and they occasionally have you fry something in olive oil! What a mess the stove can become without the screen!
