Itโs growing
The seed takes longer than Bermuda to sprout. But it has sprouted and it is growing, and I am very pleased. Looking forward to when it becomes a full lawn.

Works - but aerate the ground first
Works well. I aerated the ground first, added seeds and then the Scottโs triple action growth formula for seeds/sod and then aerated lightly again which pushed seeds into the ground a little. Started to take off quickly. First attempt when I did not aerate showed no signs of growth

Nice look
Used it in a couple of areas. One was the corner curb spot that had nothing growing, it grew just fine, but in the middle area that I removed the weeds from and was bare, I didn't get any growth. I did have a very hard time trying to keep the soil moist, we were in a heat wave. At least I got my corner growing. I'm sure if not in a heat wave, it all would have grown.

Waste of money.
After following directions precisely, I had absolutely ZERO sprouts. Wasted that $$. (One star because the system won't let me select zero stars to match the number of sprouted seeds.)

This is probably best left to the professionals.
Growing centipede from seed is more difficult than I could ever have imagined. And 90ยฐ Heat it requires watering three times a day. Probably not the seeds fault but I only got about 35% germination.
