Very disappointed with this purchase! I received a clearly used and extremely poor-quality product. The strap even has a tick mark made with a pen, which is completely unacceptable. I have no idea why a used and damaged-looking item was sent to me when I paid for a new product. This is not just about the quality—the product looks like it has already been handled/used by someone else. Customers pay for a new product, not someone else’s rejected or used item. Absolutely unacceptable service and quality. I would strongly recommend checking your products properly before dispatching them.
