Tactical Hat with 2 Pieces Military Patches, Adjustable Operator OCP US Flag Hats Cap

Hat is great, seller was prompt. However the three Velcro pieces are barely attached, the first time I swapped the front patch more than half of the Velcro separated from the hat. They are attached with a single thread, the ends are not sewen back and forth to secure them or tied in a knot. Just left loose, so the Velcro just lifted. Easy fix, I had to sew all three securely. It's made in China so I'm not surprised that the quality inspection was lacking. Once I sewed the Velcro securely, the hat is GREAT. Price is very good and the back buckle to adjust is a metal buckle not a plastic snap adjustment.3 month Update: the hat is a poor product and I would not buy another one, in fact I'm already looking for a replacement. The OD Green has faded to a rust brown along all the seams and on the brim. Yes it has been lightly damp from rain but not wet. It seems the green dye is simply fading to a dingy brown

I like the hat. I really like the hat. It’s smaller and doesn’t push down on my ears like some, yet the bill still blocks plenty of sun. Light and breathable, with Velcro front and back plus a spot for an IR patch up top. Being a smaller fit, be aware that it doesn’t like wind(found out quick on my motorcycle). The patches were a weird color so I put my own on the hat. I’d buy it again, the price is right.

Got the Army Green and in a week I could see green turning to a rust color from sweat along entire length where the bill meets the hat, some similar color spots came up on the top rear and have gotten worse. It is nicely made and doesn't lay flat like cheapo hats, this actually keeps its shape. The patches are really good quality, the stars on flag aren't perfect but pretty darn close & far better then Ive seen on for sale patch sets on Amazon. So for this price of hat & great patches I can live with some fading, I don't like pretty shiny brand new looking clothes anyway, it says your either a sissy, a yuppie or most often a poser. Im prior US Navy Submariner so rugged & worn is my look.

Im 7 3/8 head size which isnt really small but every hat ive been getting has been HUGE to the point of always pushing on my ears or having alot of space propping up. Im immensely grateful I found a tactical hat that fits me right, 100% cotton and a buckle slider like my old one instead of hook and loop closure. If youre like me this will fit you, your search is over! Only thing is the green isnt a magpul green/OD green, its a little off. Also the patches suck but I didnt really care about those. Wish they made a coyote version.

You can buy patch sets and swap out your patch to something a bit more aggressive if you wish. This was a very solid purchase for money, comfort and fit and for the God fearing American Patriot! I have not been much of a cap wearer except playing little league 50+ years ago! This one feels and fits really well and I wear it a lot of the time.

So it fades color quickly but it’s tough. The issue is the seem is not lined up with the middle of the bill, so it throws you off when putting it on. Basically the hat and bill are at angle with each other.
