REVLONSuper Lustrous Lipstick, Dark Night Queen, Matte Finish

When looking for dark, vampy lip colors there are limited color options in general.People will suggest Revlons Black Cherry, which is great but sometimes isn't vampy or contrasting enough for my skin.This color is perfect for those wanting a near black but still plum color.

I have a variety of Revlon lipsticks, the majority of them being darker shades and I love them. The colors are vibrant and flattering on deeper complexions. My lips are typically dry and my only issue is that with this lipstick, my lips do peel. I've found the best way to make the color last is to use a lip scrub beforehand, followed by a moisturizing lip balm, then using the lipstick. The color is long lasting. . . If course until lunch time, after which I reapply and it typically lasts the rest of the day.

Loved this color and lipstick. Revlon rarely lets me down and this lipstick is awesome. I used a lip primer before placing it so that may have helped the longevity of the color (it was still present after a night at a concert (I only had one drink, but I do have a bad habit of licking my lips).As far as moisturizing goes, I didn’t really notice an effect there. Again, I used a lip primer so that may have prevented me from noticing, but the moisturizer factor was not a big reason for this purchase so I didn’t care.The color itself is fantastic. I wanted a dark purple for a rock concert and figured it’d be a fun dramatic look, which it was, but it also looked really nice. Like, not ridiculous “I’m a goth and edgy” but actually something I could wear out more often. It’s a great product and a lovely color.

Like color and texture of this lipstick

Beautiful dark color but it’s a bit creamy so you have to lay it on pretty thick. Leaves a cute red tint once removed. Not very hard to come off

my wife says you will have to apply it on your lip 4 times before you get thatdark rich color but she did say that it is very moist but it doesn't last it may lastabout minute or five if your lucky have no longevity at all.

Used for skeleton makeup. This lipstick was awesome! Surprisingly went on super soft and did not get on my teeth at all! If it’s right next to black it definitely looks like a reddish black but still very pigmented and dark. I only touched up once in 5 hours of wear. Would definitely buy in other colors in the future. I’m almost a little bummed I only bought this for costume makeup! Will have to buy more. Thank you!
