Feels nice and the quality is great. It is removal as I had to play with it about 4x to get it the right fit towards the heal. I don't. I did notice it got a little less sticky as I kept removing it but doesn't leave a residue at all.

Very nice material & well made. After a few wears, they don't adhere as well, and I'm forced to hold in place while pulling shoes on.

These seem like they will be comfortable and stay in place. I still need to test them during a full day of work but they appear promising.

Bought these because I was experiencing heel blisters in my slightly too large athletic (sneaker) shoes. They installed well and I was encouraged. They were effective at tightening-up the fit and eliminating my blisters. But.....after only a few uses the adhesive let go from the cloth interior of my shoes. Why am I not surprised? Self adhesive stuff and cloth are usually not good partners. I don't remember seeing a caution about athletic shoes so I went ahead. Now I realize that these might be better used in shoes with a smooth leather or man made leather interior not the cloth interiors that I have.

DO NOT BUY THIS IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL. IT SLIDES AS YOU WALK AND THE YUCK IS LEFT ALL INSIDE MY SHOES, AND THE LIGHT COLOR GETS BACK NOT TO MENTION THE QUALITY IS EXTREMELY POOR. I WANT A FULL REFUND BACK FROM THE SELLER.

I really liked this product! The pads are super comfy and easy to put into the shoe. Before I had them in one of my shoes, it would cut my heel. But with the adhesive pads it’s so comfy and I can wear the shoes much more now! Love it!

I liked this product when I first received it but, you need to make sure your shoes are about 1/2 a size up! While it is true that is comfortable and easy to apply to the soles of any shoe, it made my shoes fit way too tight. I did give it a couple of tries and stretch the shoe but sadly it did not work, I will have to continue looking for that perfect Cushion Pad, perhaps with not too much "cushion".

These are exactly what I have been looking for! My flats are a bit too big in the heels. I love that these are big and do not slide around or off of my shoe. They work like a charm!
