A lot larger than I thought and yes, 7" was as advertised but looks bigger, sturdy feel to it and looks a quality product and its a British brand! Nice and clear mapping and easy to use, bargain price, who needs a TomTom at an extortionate price...

Well please first impression, good instruction included and links to vidios. Easy to use, it's early days yet, but lots of useful features. I liked being able to adjust the amount of vocal on route. The screen is clear, and happy with the 7" size, over my 5" previous one. I'm using mine in a car, and had to extend the mount length to fix it where the old sat nav was. Overall great product for the money.

I have been using this for two months now. It replaced an aged and somewhat simpler Tom Tom. I am used to it now and have learnt to navigate with it. It works extremely well and has a very clear and user friendly interface. I particularly like the voice warnings when I am going over the speed limit - this is a great safety feature. The screen is large and clear - it also auto zooms to best show the route. Overall, I am very pleased with it.

Bought this sat nav back in January as I needed one that was compatible for use for driving a HGV lorry. Was a bit sceptical at first because of the low price, but after a few weeks of using it, it works quite well.The unit itself is easy to set up and program with your vehicle dimensions. Also gives you options for for avoiding certain roads, I.e toll roads and single track roads, as well as fastest time or route options.Also comes with free lifetime road map updates, from what I can gather reading other reviews are once yearly.Only thing I would say that let's it down is that there is no live traffic updates, which you would find on more expensive sat navs. As a result of this I did end up getting stuck in traffic for nearly an hour!, wheras a more expensive sat nav would have probably diverted you around this!!!...hence the 4 out of 5 rating.Other than that issue so far I have found the Nav Pal to be pretty good.

The NavPal is being used in a car and has proved to be excellent in all aspects. It even advises one of speed limits if you are exceeding it and recommends you slow down, The voice navigation instructions are very clear and easy to understand. A very good value for money satnav.

overall very pleased with this sat nav, unit works well is easy to use and picks up diversions from route very quickly, screen is clear and easy to read at a glance(important if you don't want the speech on) I would have given 5 stars if the suction mount held more firmly, it's come unstuck several times now, I would happily buy another mount with a slightly longer arm if it was availableUPDATE unit is great when working but is often slow to pick up a gps signal, I emailed with an enquiry after driving for 18 miles to home without ever getting a signal, I asked if there was anything I could do to improve this but I have not had a reply, it makes me wonder how difficult a warranty claim would be, perhaps I should have paid more attention to the reviews saying the company were unhelpful

The sat nav was packed in a strong box with good protection for the components. setting up was straightforward. The YouTube video clips were excellent. Although I have not used the unit much yet I consider this to be very good value.

I had my doubts about the product when I ordered it just because I wasn't familiar with the manufacturer. But the product arrived in perfect order and works fine. I've had a different brand before and it was pretty easy to translate my past experience to this new product. Set up was easy, usage very instinctive. Much to my surprise, there was LOTS of documentation available: 3 manuals plus a couple of videos. Again, it was so easy to use I haven't needed much help but for the few questions I had the answers were readily available. Noe suggestion I have is to set it for automatic time setting (it gets it from GPS signal I guess). By default it used manual time input.

So I purchased the Navpal and it started out what I thought was ok, but after getting turned around on several occasions and comparing the timing on my cell phone with the navigation system I found out that the NAVPAL doesn't give the "FASTEST" route, it ACTUALLY makes the route LONGER. YES I have it set to take me the fastest route for example today I compared the drive time from my cell phone to the navpal and the navpal ADDED 10 minutes to my drive time. Luckily I knew where I was and where I needed to go, but THAT'S NOT GOOD! So I don't know about anyone else who have used it but you might want to compare your phone mapquest with the navpal and see what you get. I WILL BE RETURNING it for a refund.

Purchase this device and despite the advertisement, no AUSTRALIA NZ & WORLD MAPS were loaded onto the GPS device. This is despite buying the AUSTRALIA NZ & WORLD MAPS EDITION. Customer support have not responded to my requests for help. Australian/NZ customers beware.

Display not visible in normal day light, looks like a mirror!2) NO support given by phone NOR emails3) Promised Life Time updates for the American Brand4) Manual does not provide any help whatsoever nor any trouble shooting tips given!5) Simply wasted a $ 100 plus valuable time chasing a marketing failure===============================================

Received product and display is great, easy to use. Danny at customer service was very helpful in helping me set up the navigator to use in the United Kingdom. You can download the maps for the U.K. for this device. We are renting a car in the U.K., but we were not sure that the rental would come with gps. This product navigator is perfect, lightweight and has a toll free number to call should you have a question. Excellent product and the best part, light weight with easily viewed maps and great customer service. Thank you again Danny for all your help in getting this set up. Love this purchase!!!
