Black Diamond Women's Trail PRO Trekking Poles

These adjust easily and provide good support while hiking. I don’t know how I lived without hiking poles for so long! These are great quality and fit my hands nicely.

Great high quality poles as usual from Black Diamond.

The description for these says they have "Control Shock technology, located within the grips, provides progressive, 4-stage shock absorption with smooth rebound control on even the most rugged trails." They arrived and they are just normal trekking poles - no shock absorbing technology. I'm thinking I should have gotten the cheap ones from Costco that have the absorbing apparatus built in. I have arthritis and really needed that for going down hill. I have not tested them on terrain yet, so I'll report back if my review changes. So far, not too impressed. I can already feel the pain setting in from not having the absorption mechanism! in :-(

Very good walking poles, although I had to ask for the first delivery to be replaced as it arrived with only one pole!Aside from that, these are very good walking poles. Robust enough to cope with falls and slips and they can take my full body weight. I have tried lightweight poles before and they snapped within weeks. I've had BD walking poles before and would definitely buy them again, they are the best brand.

Top Wanderstöcke! Stabil und leicht. Und der beste und einfachste Mechanismus zum aus und zu klappen. Dazu noch recht günstig. Empfehle ich weiter.
