I use Universal Carbo 30 minutes before a heavy workout, and 2 scoops immediately postworkout. It gives me the extra energy to push my body to its fullest. I really like that it is 100% flavorless so I can mix it in a multitude of sports drinks. Flavorless, kicks in immediately, and this size is more than enough to last the novice gym go'er for quite some time.. 5 stars from me!

these capsules are just wonderful. they give me so much energy through out the day. i take one in the morning. i see difference in my skin hair and my nails. i really love taking this pills and intend to continue. before taking these brand i have tried taking other collagen pills but nothing really helped me. since i suffer from joint pains i was looking for something to help me lessen the pains. these pills do help with that. it delivered what the company promised. i am very impressed.

I got carbs for days! I wasn't expecting this much! SO MUCH CARBS. I don't know if I can ever use this much. It was so cheap too! The price is amazing. It's quality and effective. Best bang for your buck.

For hardgainers who work strenuous jobs, mix this with some Gatorade powder and drink it with your meals at your break times. The carbs from this powder and the carbs (dextrose) and electrolytes from the Gatorade will replenish depleted glycogen and burned calories lost from your demanding job.... For a plus, add BCAAs!

It is dangerous to not have a validity date

Unless I'm missing something, I was not aware the Carbo Plus does not come with a scooper. Any ideas if I can use a different measuring cup or where I can get one? Thanks.

Though this was marked as 2*1kg(2kg) just received only 1kg. So check before buy.
