I was worried about the possible state of a plant sent through the post but no need! Plant was healthy, with just enough water in the compost to sustain it, and expertly packaged to keep it in good condition. Would recommend this seller.

Beautiful plant although the "this way up" sign on the box had been put on so it looked like it was meant to be laid down instead of upright. However, the plant arrived in a good condition!

I think from stem rot.The replacement plant may not be as pretty as the first one but after a few years with me (3 of the original stems had to removed due to STEM rot) , the plant is really growing. During the day, i place it on my window then in the evening, i place it on my side table next to where i sleep. Really a good deal. Makes your room more lively.

Despite reading some of the negative reviews I went ahead and ordered a Pachira on 25th September and was given a delivery date of 30th September. I thought it was a long time for the Pachira to be boxed up and manhandled through the postal system. I was expecting it to be delivered in a rather poor state as some of the reviews stated. Well it was delivered this morning (28th September), it was beautifully packed and in perfect condition. The compost was all still in the pot and the leaves were great, not crumpled or damaged. Well done and thank you for a lovely Pachira.

Leaves are damaged and of very poor quality. The plant had been damaged for some time and should have gone through much better quality control and rejected. I am very disappointed.
